What this page collects

Only what you type into the registration form: first name, last name, email, phone, gender, jersey size, DUPR ID, division, whether you are coming to Draft Night, and anything you add in the notes. Nothing else, and nothing in the background.

What it is used for

Processing your entry, placing you in a division, running the draft, ordering your jersey, and contacting you about the event. That is all.

Where it goes

Submitting the form sends your entry to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails it to the organiser. The organiser is the only person who receives it. Web3Forms keeps a copy for 30 days so a lost email can be recovered, and the organiser’s own copy stays in his inbox.

What does not happen

Your details are never sold, rented, or given to anyone beyond the two above. There is no advertising here and no mailing list you are added to without asking.

This website

No cookies, and nothing that follows you around the internet. The fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network, so reading this page does not report you to a third party.

We do count visits, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records that a page was viewed, roughly which country from, and what kind of browser and device. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and cannot follow you to other websites. There is no profile of you anywhere, and nothing is sold or shared.

Seeing or deleting your entry

Email [email protected] and ask. You can have a copy of what was submitted, have it corrected, or have it removed.
